MESOB is a modern One-Stop Shop platform designed to simplify how citizens access essential government services. By bringing services from multiple federal agencies together under one digitalized and physical center, MESOB ensures faster, more convenient, and reliable public service delivery.

In its pilot phase, MESOB integrates 12 key federal institutions, offering 41 essential services ranging from passport renewals, ID issuance, and work permits to tax registration, investment services, and telecom solutions all in one place.

MESOB uses a seamless digital integration system, powered by MESOB Bridge API Gateway, to connect services and systems across participating agencies. This technology ensures real-time data sharing, efficient processes, and coordinated service delivery reducing paperwork, minimizing waiting times, and eliminating the need for multiple office visits. Inspired by international best practices but tailored for Ethiopia, MESOB respects local values while modernizing public service provision. This pilot initiative is envisioned to serve as a model for nationwide expansion, making government services efficient, digital, and dignified.
